In today’s episode, Anupama is feeling unwell, and Sagar is worried about her. Nandita suggests Sagar marry a doctor, but Sagar dreams of becoming a lawyer. Nandita argues that marrying a doctor will save on medical expenses, but Sagar says no doctor will marry him because he is just a driver. He praises the pairing of Anuj and Anupama. Anupama, thinking of Anuj, decides to call Shruti to check on Aadya.
Unable to reach Shruti, Anupama worries about Aadya and suspects Ankush of lying about Anuj and Aadya. She leaves a pen and paper for Anuj, hoping to help him regain his memory. Anuj, lost in his thoughts, starts scribbling. Bala reassures Anupama, promising he won’t abandon Anuj. Sagar runs into Anupama, who instructs him to bring Meenakshi for a donation to their ashram. Sagar advises Anupama not to stress.
Leela calls Vanraj, who questions why she called him. Leela apologizes and asks him to bring Meenu. Vanraj warns Leela not to get too attached to Meenu as she will eventually leave. Vanraj then encounters Anuj, expressing sadness over his condition and advising him to leave Anupama to avoid further destruction. Anupama takes responsibility for Anuj, feeling happy that Anuj still loves her. With the help of Sagar and Bala, Anuj gets emotional seeing a picture of Aadya and becomes overwhelmed. Anupama inquires about Aadya, causing Anuj to get emotional again.
Kinjal confronts Vanraj for provoking Anuj, but Leela, Pakhi, and Dimple side with Vanraj against Anuj. Kinjal calls Paritosh, Pakhi, and Dimple ungrateful. Paritosh insists that Anuj is a danger and vows to evict him from the colony. Anupama continues to care for Anuj.
