In today’s episode, Titu and Kinjal are worried about Aadya. Titu mentions that he tried reaching out to his contacts to find out about Shruti and Aadya. Kinjal says that Anuj and Aadya’s social media don’t provide any clarity. Titu decides to seek Yashdeep’s help. Vanraj stops Kinjal and Titu from helping Anupama, insisting Titu focus on his responsibilities towards Dimple and Ansh. Titu assures Vanraj that he is a responsible father, husband, and son, and accuses Vanraj of fearing loss of control over Dimple and Ansh if Titu gets too close to them. Vanraj suggests Titu go to Anupama’s ashram if he wants to help her.
Bala informs Sagar that Anupama is missing, and Sagar decides to tell Hasmuk. Indra expresses concern that Hasmuk will worry about Anupama. Anupama brings Anuj to the asylum, where Sagar and Bala assist him. Vanraj tells Titu to leave his house, leading to a confrontation where Kinjal steps in, defending Titu and comparing him to Paritosh. Vanraj declares that no one from the Shah house will help Anupama. Titu reassures Kinjal that he isn’t leaving because of Dimple and Ansh and decides to call Yashdeep for help.
The doctor informs Anupama that Anuj needs to regain consciousness soon, or they will have to move him to the hospital. Nandita and Indra urge Anupama to rest, but she refuses to leave Anuj’s side. Kinjal visits Anupama, asking her not to worry about Anuj. Nandita worries about Anupama’s health, but Kinjal believes only Anupama can heal Anuj’s pain. Anupama continues to care for Anuj.
Anuj eventually wakes up, but Anupama decides not to face him. Anuj’s stole gets caught in Anupama’s hand. Meanwhile, Kinjal finds Leela with a letter from Hasmuk. Leela questions Kinjal about visiting Anupama, and Kinjal decides to support Anupama. Leela gets angry at Hasmuk for not taking her to Rajkot.
Anupama sees Anuj spending time with Kaveri and having coffee. Indra, Nandita, Sagar, and Bala are taking care of Anuj. Anuj sees Aasha and remembers Aadya, which devastates him. Anupama asks Anuj about Aadya. On the other side, Leela and Kinjal prepare to welcome Menu. Pakhi and Paritosh oppose Menu returning to India, and Pakhi doesn’t like the idea of Menu staying at the Shah house. Leela mentions Menu’s closeness to Anupama, but Vanraj tells her to stop talking about Anupama.
